User Agreement for the website tsuyuperfumes.art

1. General Provisions

1.1. The User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a public offer and defines the terms of use of materials and services posted by the Administrator on the website tsuyuperfumes.art (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") by users through the Service.

1.2. The Service is a hardware and software complex available on the Website that allows the User to use the functionality intended for them. The Service includes the interface, software, and other elements (tools, algorithms, methods) necessary for the proper functioning of the Website.

1.3. The Administrator is the individual entrepreneur Yao Kseniya Stanislavovna, registered in the register of individual entrepreneurs under No. 324237500380660 (hereinafter referred to as "Administrator").

1.4. The User is any individual, including a visitor to the Website, who accepts the terms of this Agreement.

1.5. The Agreement is a public offer in accordance with Article 435 and Clause 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

1.6. The Agreement, concluded by accepting this offer, does not require bilateral signing and is valid in electronic form.

1.7. By starting to use the Website and/or its individual functions, the User is considered to have fully accepted the terms of the Agreement without any reservations or exceptions.

2. Obligations of the User

2.1. Any use of materials on the Website, including but not limited to copying, reproduction, processing of materials used on the Website, is not allowed, except for quoting materials to the extent objectively necessary for the purpose of citation by the User.

2.2. When quoting materials from the Website, including protected works, a reference to the Website is mandatory.

3. Administrator's Responsibility

3.1. The Administrator is not responsible for the User's visit and use of external resources that may be linked to the Website.

4. Modification of Agreement Terms

4.1. The Administrator has the right to unilaterally modify the terms of the Agreement at any time. Such changes take effect 5 days after the new version of the Agreement is posted on the Website.

4.2. If the User disagrees with the changes, they must refuse access to the Website and cease using the materials and services of the Website.

4.3. By continuing to use the Website, the User confirms their unconditional agreement with the new version of the Agreement.

5. Final Provisions

5.1. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.

5.2. The Agreement is made in two identical copies, each having equal legal force – one for each Party
