Consent to receive advertising and information messages from TSUYU
CONSENT TO RECEIVE ADVERTISING AND INFORMATIONAL MESSAGES

I, a user of the website https://tsuyuperfumes.art, acting of my own free will, in my own interest, hereby give my voluntary consent to TSUYU LAB Limited Liability Partnership, BIN 260340012928 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Operator’), my voluntary consent to receive advertising and informational messages and to the associated processing of my personal data.
1. Content of communications
I agree to receive information about TSUYU products, new products and fragrances, new arrivals, discounts, special offers, promotional codes, events, projects, loyalty programmes, personalised offers and other offers from the Operator.
2. Communication channels
Messages may be sent via the contact details I have provided, by email, SMS, instant messaging apps, push notifications and telephone. Only the channel for which I have provided the relevant contact details will be used.
3. Personal data
For the purposes of the mailing list, the following may be processed: my name (where provided), email address, telephone number, messenger ID, preferences, and information regarding the provision, amendment and withdrawal of consent. The collection, recording, organisation, storage, clarification, use, provision of access to persons technically responsible for the mailing list, blocking, deletion and destruction of the aforementioned data are permitted. The transfer of data for the purposes of third-party advertising is not permitted.
4. Voluntary nature and provision
Consent is given by ticking a separate box in a field that is not pre-ticked, next to the text: ‘I agree to receive promotional and informational messages from TSUYU (optional)’. The text contains a link to this Consent Form. Refusal to give consent or its subsequent withdrawal does not prevent the placement and fulfilment of an order, the purchase of Goods or the receipt of necessary service messages. The Operator records the date and time, the version of the document, the contact identifier, the IP address and other details enabling confirmation of the consent’s receipt.
5. Duration and withdrawal
This Consent remains valid until it is withdrawn or until the Operator ceases the relevant mailing list.
I am entitled to opt out of communications at any time by using the opt-out function within the message or by sending a request to tsuyuperfumes@gmail.com. Once the request has been verified, the Operator will cease sending communications to the relevant contact and processing data for marketing purposes, retaining only the information necessary to confirm consent and opt-out, where permitted by law.
6. Service messages
This Consent does not apply to messages necessary for the processing and fulfilment of an order, including order confirmation, payment, fulfilment, delivery, storage, amendments, cancellations and returns. Such messages are sent where there is a separate legal basis for doing so and must not contain advertising without this consent.

AGREEMENT ON THE RECEIPT OF JOURNALISTIC AND INFORMATION MATERIALS

I, as a user of the https://tsuyuperfumes.art website, acting freely, of my own volition and for my own benefit, hereby give my consent to ‘TSUYU LAB’ Limited Liability Partnership, BSN 260340012928 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’), to receive promotional and informational communications in accordance with the requirements set out below.
1. Content of communications
Communications may include information about TSUYU products, new products, special offers, discounts, promotions, events, surveys, personalised offers and other marketing information from the Company.
2. Contact details
Communications may be sent via email, SMS, messaging apps, push notifications or other communication channels available on the Website.
3. Personal data
For this purpose, the Company may process your telephone number, email address, name and surname (if provided), marketing preferences, information regarding interactions with the Website and previous communications. This includes collecting, recording, organising, storing, storing, verifying, using, providing to service providers, anonymising, blocking and deleting data. The collection and storage of data are carried out in a data centre located within the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Cross-border transfer shall be carried out only in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Agreement shall remain in force from the date of its conclusion until it is terminated. It may be cancelled at any time by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link in the email, using the method indicated in the notification, or by sending a request to the email address tsuyuperfumes@gmail.com. Once the opt-out request has been processed, the Company will cease sending further promotional communications. Due to technical issues, personalised messages prepared in advance may be delivered within a short period of time.
6. Acceptance of the Agreement
By ticking the box next to the text ‘I agree to receive promotional and informational messages from TSUYU (optional)’ confirms that I have given my consent via the electronic form by ticking the box next to this text.The company may record the date and time the consent was given, the version of the document, contact details and the technical information required for confirmation.
7. Final Provisions
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Policy on the Collection, processing and protection of personal data, as set out on the Website.
